# Starten als frontoffice in HealthTrain

### Wat het platform voor jouw rol doet
Het platform werkt met een EPD-koppeling. Wijzigingen die jij in het EPD doet, zoals een afspraak inplannen of een cliëntmailadres aanpassen, worden automatisch overgenomen in HealthTrain. Cliëntcommunicatie (afspraakbevestigingen en herinneringen) loopt vervolgens automatisch.
Jouw rol op HealthTrain is vooral dat je weet wat er gebeurt na een EPD-wijziging. Zo kun je cliënten goed helpen met hun vragen.
### Twee stappen om te beginnen
1. Activeer je account: log in op het portaal en op de mobiele app. Lees daarvoor "[Account activeren als frontoffice](https://help.healthtrain.app/nl-nl/kennisbank-healthtrain/account-activeren-als-frontoffice?hsLang=nl-nl)".
2. Kijk rond in het portaal. Leer hoe je cliënten opzoekt en hoe je nieuwe cliënten toevoegt. ### Wat je hier niet doet
Het inrichten van praktijkinstellingen, EPD-koppelingen en de berichtendienst is een admin-taak. Het opstellen van oefenprogramma's en zorgprogramma's is een zorgverlener-taak.
